Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the k7u7 platform (accessible at k7u7.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and k7u7 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the k7u7 platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all gaming products available on k7u7, including but not limited to cricket betting, live dealer casino games (powered by providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), online slot games (powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming), crash games and wheel games (powered by Spribe), and skill-based card games including Rummy.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with k7u7's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms that are published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that promotion only.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain a k7u7 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from k7u7 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
6. You are not a current employee, officer, director, consultant, or contractor of k7u7, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

k7u7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised issuing authority. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Where k7u7 determines or reasonably suspects that an account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and the matter will be reviewed in accordance with k7u7's child protection procedures. Any deposits made by or on behalf of a minor will be refunded to the original payment source net of any withdrawals already processed, subject to investigation.

Geographic Eligibility

k7u7 primarily serves players based in Bangladesh and is designed with Bangladeshi payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay), Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), and the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) in mind. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the k7u7 platform complies with the laws of your country or region of residence. k7u7 does not provide legal advice on this matter. Players who access k7u7 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without notice if such access is identified.

Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on k7u7. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

Registration Requirements

When registering a k7u7 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The information you provide at registration must match the details on your government-issued identity documents. k7u7 will use the registration information you provide for identity verification (KYC), payment processing, and communication purposes.

• Full legal name (matching your NID or passport).
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older).
• A valid email address that you control.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• A secure password of at least eight characters.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. k7u7 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k7u7 immediately at [email protected].

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

k7u7 operates a mandatory KYC programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and applicable standards. KYC verification may be required before the first withdrawal, when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached, or at any point at k7u7's discretion. Requested documents typically include a national identity card (NID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and — where a payment method is used — confirmation that the payment account belongs to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC. k7u7 targets a KYC review turnaround time of 24–48 hours during normal operating conditions. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays when they wish to withdraw funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

k7u7 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). k7u7 does not accept cryptocurrency or anonymous payment methods.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, ৳200 for Rocket and Upay, and ৳500 for Visa and Mastercard. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your k7u7 account within seconds of confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to appear in your account balance.

k7u7 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — k7u7 has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, such third-party fees.

All funds deposited to k7u7 must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity on your k7u7 account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. If a third-party deposit is identified, k7u7 reserves the right to return the funds to the source account, suspend the player account, and request additional verification.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The following indicative processing timelines apply once a withdrawal request has been approved and KYC is complete:

• bKash: Typically instant to within 30 minutes.
• Nagad: Typically instant to within 30 minutes.
• Rocket: Typically within 15–60 minutes.
• Upay: Typically within 1–3 hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days subject to card issuer processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile wallet methods and ৳1,000 for card withdrawals. k7u7 reserves the right to apply enhanced KYC checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible (the "return to source" principle).

Currency & Exchange

All player balances, wagers, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). k7u7 does not perform currency conversion for standard transactions. The ৳ amounts displayed in your account reflect actual BDT values.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

k7u7 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus policy set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

Welcome Bonus

New players who register a k7u7 account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, subject to the eligibility criteria and wagering requirements published in the current welcome offer terms. k7u7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the welcome bonus at any time without prior notice.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) applicable to each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain high-volatility slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely — this will be stated in the promotion terms.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagers are deducted from real-money balance first unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window (typically 7–30 days).
• Only one active welcome bonus is permitted per player. Multiple accounts created to claim additional welcome bonuses constitute abuse.
• k7u7 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and cancel associated winnings if bonus abuse is detected.

Seasonal Promotions

k7u7 may publish enhanced promotional offers aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26), as well as major cricket events including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments. Eligibility criteria, bonus amounts, and wagering requirements for seasonal promotions are published separately at the time each offer is launched.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

k7u7 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Prohibited Activities

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or coordinated wager patterns to exploit promotional offers.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games, live dealer games, or any competitive format.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, macros, or any automated system to place wagers, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Fraud & misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent documents, or using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving services or winnings from k7u7.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform software or game logic. Any winnings obtained through identified exploits are void.
• Money laundering: Using k7u7 for the purpose of laundering illicitly obtained funds. k7u7 maintains anti-money laundering procedures and will report suspicious activity as required.

Game Integrity

All games available on k7u7 are supplied by certified game providers whose random number generators have been independently audited. Game outcomes are determined entirely by certified RNG processes. k7u7 does not interfere with game outcomes. Players who believe they have witnessed irregularities should report them immediately to [email protected] for investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the k7u7 platform — including but not limited to the k7u7 name and brand, logos, design elements, page layouts, written content, software code, game interfaces, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of k7u7 or is used under licence from the respective game provider or content owner. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k7u7 platform solely for its intended purpose of personal entertainment gaming. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the platform's content.
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on platform software.
• Use k7u7 branding or trademarks in any form without prior written consent from k7u7.
• Scrape, index, or aggregate platform data using automated means.

Game content (slot titles, live table software, crash game mechanics) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Provider-specific terms regarding game usage are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k7u7's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any gaming product shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k7u7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if k7u7 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Service Availability

k7u7 makes reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability at all times. However, k7u7 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical faults, telecommunications failures, delays, or errors outside k7u7's direct control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Third-Party Game Providers

k7u7 acts as an aggregator of games supplied by third-party providers. While k7u7 selects providers on the basis of their certification and reputation, k7u7 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or interruptions within individual game software. Any issues arising from a specific game title should be reported to k7u7 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your k7u7 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding bonus funds will be removed from the balance. Real-money funds remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any required KYC checks. Self-exclusion requests (see the Responsible Gaming page) are a form of account closure that cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period.

Termination by k7u7

k7u7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Confirmed multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to the account.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, k7u7 reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance remaining in the account in proportion to the losses caused to the platform. In all other cases of termination initiated by k7u7 without player fault, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments

k7u7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will state the new effective date. If you continue to use the k7u7 platform after the stated effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and k7u7 with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements whether written or oral.
